Karrabapolitan
2 oz.cranberry vodka (Finlandia)
1/2 oz.Cointreau
1/2 oz.lime juice (fresh squeezed)
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add all ingredients and shake well - until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime spiral.
This special drink was first sampled at Carrabbas restaurant in Orlando (highly recommended). Although they did not provide the official recipe we think this tastes perfect: clean, crisp, and tangy.
