Pour Goslings over ice in a double old-fashioned glass and top with ginger beer. We use Reeds Extra Brew ginger beer. Squeeze in one wedge lime.
The Dark and Stormy is a popular drink with the east coast sailboat cruising crowd. Introduced to FlyingCracker by our fortunate friend Chris Knowlton. The Goslings web site calls for a lemon wedge, but we prefer lime.
